§ 02/PROGRAMS/5 OFFERINGS

FIVE WAYS WE stock A FLOOR.

Most NXVEND sites run two or three programs in combination — a vending machine in the warehouse, a micro-market in the breakroom, a PPE unit on the production floor. We design the right combination after a 30-minute site walk.

  • Refill on consumption
04

Programs combine. We engineer for the floor you actually run.

§ 04/PROCESS/SURVEY → GO-LIVE

FOUR STEPS. fourteen DAYS.

We move at the speed of your fit-out. Most NXVEND programs are stocked and serving employees within two weeks of the site survey. New-construction sites stand up on your GC's calendar, not ours.

01
Day 0
SITE SURVEY

A 30-minute walk of your floor with our ops lead. Headcount, shift pattern, break-room footprint, PPE inventory, hydration points.

02
Day 1–3
PROGRAM DESIGN

We return a one-page proposal: machine mix, SKU plan, footprint, install schedule, monthly value. No equipment cost to you.

03
Day 5–14
INSTALL & STOCK

We schedule, deliver, install, integrate with your access control if needed, and stock to a SKU plan tuned to your shift pattern.

04
Ongoing
OPERATE & REPORT

Routed restocks, remote telemetry, employee feedback channel, monthly utilization report. You stop thinking about it.

DIFFERENTIATOR
WE SPECIALIZE IN new
AND EXPANDING FLOORS.
A break room is a one-time decision. We watch Tampa Bay's permitting, EDC announcements and hiring posts so we're at your door before the floor is even painted — and the decision is still open.

§ 06/COMMON QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY
asked.

The eight things facilities managers, safety leads and office coordinators ask us in the first ten minutes of a site survey. If yours isn't here, the answer is a one-line email away.

Nothing to install. Nothing in equipment. We earn through sales the same way every legitimate vending operator does. For PPE and break-room programs we bill per-item or per-cup on the products your team actually uses — no minimums and no monthly platform fee. You see a single monthly statement.

Median is fourteen days from site survey to first stocked transaction. New-construction fit-outs we sync to your GC schedule. Emergency replacements (vendor walked, machines died) we can do in 5–7 days if you’re in our active counties.

If they’re working, keep them. If they’re not — unanswered tickets, empty machines, no SKU refresh in two years — we’ll do a side-by-side proposal. If you’re under an exclusivity clause, we’ll wait for the renewal window and put it on the calendar.

Yes. Our PPE vending logs every issue by employee badge or PIN, exports OSHA-friendly reports, and we manage SKU rotation against your spec list. Your safety manager gets one dashboard instead of a supply-cabinet treasure hunt.

We won’t install. Smaller floors don’t generate enough transactions to keep machines stocked and serviced reliably — you end up with empty coils and frustrated employees. We’ll refer you to a regional operator who can serve smaller sites.

Not yet. NXVEND services Florida — Tampa Bay HQ plus active routes across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee, Sarasota and Orange counties. If you have a Florida site, we can quote. If you have non-FL sites, we’ll point you at a vetted partner.

That’s our sweet spot. We watch local economic-development announcements and track new-build permitting, so we’re often pre-positioned for sites that haven’t even broken ground. Tell us your stand-up date and we’ll work backward.

NXVEND owns, services and refreshes the equipment. If you cancel, we pull it. No depreciation on your books, no service contracts to renew, no e-waste to dispose of.
